HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL?
Once your order has been completed and your payment has been successful, you will receive an email confirmation.
This will contain your order number and complete details of your order.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

We are more than happy to order over the phone so, please do not hesitate to contact us if you

WHY HAVE ITEMS THAT I ADDED TO MY CART DISAPPEARED?
Items stay within the customers shopping bag for 120 minutes. Until an order is concluded, items added to your
Shopping Bag remain available on the website and can therefore be purchased by other customers.
HOW DO I PREORDER AN ITEM?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery
date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. Payment will be taken in advance of
shipment in order to secure your order.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders
within 48 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay.

We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged/unworn items, where the tag is still attached, within 14 days of the date of delivery.
WHERE DOES BEULAHLONDON.COM SHIP?
Beulah London ships internationally via FedEx.
ARE IMPORT DUTIES PAID FOR MY ORDER?
Import duties and taxes are not included.
CAN I HAVE MY ITEMS DELIVERED TO STORE?
If you would like your items delivered to store please select the Collect in Store option at checkout.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are currently only able to ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to
multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
For your security, all Beulah London purchases require a signature upon delivery.
Any delivery enquiries can be made direct to FedEx by calling their customer service team.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Beulah London will send you a shipping
confirmation email which will contain both your waybill number and a link for you to track your shipment.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?
We offer refunds or exchanges on items purchased online or over the phone within 14 days of the date of delivery.
In order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags
still attached and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Please try items on with care. This means that is must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains),
unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be
refunded and will be sent back to you.
WHAT IS YOUR STORE RETURN POLICY?
All items purchased in store are non-refundable and are only valid for an exchange or credit note. All items must be returned within 7 days.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We offer a returns policy for products returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.
The customer must cover the cost of the return. To return an item please complete the returns form included in your delivery and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When returning an order, we suggest sending all packages via recorded delivery as we do not
accept any liability for packages lost in transit.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND TO BE ISSUED?
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to
confirm its arrival. Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to be received.
ARE DELIVERY CHARGES AND RETURN COSTS REFUNDABLE?
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Return costs are valid only on the occasion of a faulty item being delivered.

HOW DO YOU EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITH BEULAHLONDON.COM?
We are more than happy to exchange an item within the standard return period. In order to exchange an item, please return the original item using the return instructions provided in your order.
CAN I RETURN A PERSONALISED ITEM?
Due to the personalised nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns for customised products.

You will receive an email notifying you that your refund has been processed. If you have not received a confirmation email,

Most of our products are *dry clean only* due to the delicate nature of the fabric. We do not recommend
any of our products be hand or machine washed. All of our products are tested for colour fastness
during normal wear and dry cleaning.
Please keep in mind due to the delicate nature of Beulah London designs, any embellishment, snap, or button,
must also be handled with extreme care.
We recommend you take your pieces to reputable specialist dry cleaners that will tend to the
garments with our recommended methods.
To keep your Beulah London knitwear in good shape we recommend you fold to store and always
dry clean before storing away for long periods of time. For more information on
