  • How long will it take to process my order? 

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders the same day. During exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay. 


Please be aware that if you are ordering for international delivery we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

  • Shipping costs - UK and International 



UK DELIVERY 


We offer free UK standard delivery (2-3 working days) on all orders. Orders are despatched Monday-Friday and our delivery partner Evri delivers Monday-Saturday.


Next day express delivery is £7.95 and available with orders placed before 1pm, Monday-Friday. We use DPD for this service. 


We do not provide pre-paid return labels. For more information regarding returning your item to us, please read our Online Return Policy below.  


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 


Beulah London ships internationally via DHL. If you order from us from outside the UK, there may be import duties and taxes that you will need to pay in order to receive your item, in addition to the shipping fee.  Please be aware you are fully responsible for paying these additional costs. These fees will be calculated for you at checkout, after you input your international delivery address. We have no control over these charges, nor can we remove them or discount them. We recommend you contact your local customs office if you have any queries surrounding this. 


International shipping fees are as follows:


Europe (1-3 working days): £25

US & Canada (1-3 working days): £30

Australia (1-3 working days): £35

Rest of World (3-5 working days): £35



  • Can i have my order delivered in-store?

If you would like your items delivered to store please select the Collect in Store option at checkout.

Available same day from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • How can i track my order? 

As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Beulah London will send you a shipping

 confirmation email which will contain both your waybill number and a link for you to track your shipment.

  • How long will it take to process my order?

  • My order still Hasn't arrived


 If you believe your order has been delayed or lost in the post, please contact us immediately on +44 7749 725320 or care@beulahlondon.com and we will initiate an investigation with the courier. 

Unfortunately, we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. For this reason, we recommend that you send your purchase to a safe and secure location.


  • Online Return policy

Please note that we cannot accept online returns at our Elizabeth Street store. Any returns that are received will be sent on to our warehouse and the additional shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 


We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged items purchased online or over the phone within 14 days of the date of delivery. 


Please note: we do not offer pre-paid postal returns, therefore returning an item to us for a refund or exchange is at a cost to you of £3.00 per order for UK orders. For international orders this is dependant on country and you can contact care@beulahlondon.com when requesting a return for more details. 

In order to receive a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that the item must be clean (with no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.


  • How do i return a UK Order?

Please return all items unworn within a 14 day period. If for any reason you are unable to return the item in this timeframe, please contact care@beulahlondon.com within the 14 day period and a member of our team will endeavour to assist you. 


 To return an item, please visit our Return & Exchange portal here or visit 'Create a return' found in the footer of our website, to book in your return and produce a return label.  You will need your order number and post code or email address. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email. 


Please note: making a UK return to Beulah costs £3.00 which will be deducted from your total refund amount due back to you. 


  • how do i return an international order?

To return an international order please email returns@beulahlondon.com with your name, order number and reason for return. Once approved we will send you your returns label. 


We do not cover the cost of international returns, meaning the cost of your label will be deducted from your refund. 


Please note: duty fees may be applied to your return if you choose to create your own label. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. The customer will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. We therefore advise you to contact our team first so that we can create your label as a return to avoid these extra fees. 

  • refund processing times

The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm it’s arrival. It can take anywhere from 2-5 business days from the receipt of the return package to initiate the refund. 


  • How can i exchange an item?

In order to exchange an item, please contact care@beulahlondon.com. 


Your request will be subject to merchandise availability. In order to exchange an item, please return the original item using the return instructions provided in your order. 

We do not cover the costs of exchanges outside of the UK. 



  • Do you sell beulah anywhere else?

We only sell our products via our own website www.beulahlondon.com and our store, 77 Elizabeth Street, SW1W 9PJ. The stock quantities are shared between both, so if we are sold out online, we will also sadly have sold out in store too. 

  • Do you take phone orders?

We are more than happy to assist you.

  • Care instructions for Clothing
