Canada shoppers are eligible for a full refund on Duties & Taxes on returns for refund.
Returns can take up to 10 days to process after they have been delivered back to us.
Duty fees may be applied to your return if you choose to create your own label. We have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. The customer will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. We therefore advise you to submit your refund through our International Returns Portal.
We offer refunds on undamaged items purchased online or over the phone within 14 days of the date of delivery. Please note that returns can take up to 10 days to process after they have been delivered back to us. Unfortunately we are unable to process any exchange request and should you require a new size, you will need to place a new order.
In order to receive a refund, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still. If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that the item must be clean (with no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
If you receive an item which is damaged please notify us immediately with the 14 day return period. Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they have been received damaged, or a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please note that damage that has been caused by “wear & tear” is not considered as faulty product. If possible all faulty items will be replaced with the originally purchased item. If this is not possible a full refund will be made.
