HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders
within 48 hours, but during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay.
If you are ordering for international delivery we can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs.
Beulah London ships internationally via FedEx.
Due to international restrictions on some Products for certain International Delivery Destinations. If you order
Products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import
duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged/unworn items, where the tag is still attached, within 14 days of the date of delivery.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are currently only able to ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to
multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
For your security, all Beulah London purchases require a signature upon delivery. All of our orders are delivered
by FedEx, and delivery will be attempted up to three times. If no one is available to sign for the package
on the first delivery, the driver will automatically attempt redelivery the following business day. If
delivery was not successful on the second attempt, the package will be held until contact is made by
the recipient to arrange redelivery. After a failed third delivery, the package will be held in the depot
for a further 3 business days before being returned to sender.
Any delivery enquiries can be made direct to FedEx using their customer service number.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Beulah London will send you a shipping
confirmation email which will contain both your waybill number and a link for you to track your shipment.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We offer refunds or exchanges on undamaged items purchased online or over the phone within 14 days of the date of delivery. In order to receive an exchange, the item(s) must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all garment tags still attached and in their original packaging. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.Please try items on with care.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means that is must be clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
STORE RETURN POLICY
All items purchased in store are non-refundable and are only valid for an exchange or credit note. All items must be returned within 7 days.
HOW DO I RETURN A NON-FAULTY ITEM?
We offer a returns’ policy for Products returned to us in their original condition with all labels still attached.
The customer must cover the cost of the return. When returning an order, please obtain proof of postage
as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. To return an item please complete the returns
form included in your delivery and email firstname.lastname@example.org.
When returning an order, we suggest sending all packages via recorded delivery as we do not
accept any liability for packages lost in transit.

DELIVERY CHARGES AND RETURN COSTS
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Return costs are to be covered by the customer.
RETURNING ORDERS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Due to Brexit and international restrictions on some products from the UK for certain international delivery destinations, of your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, upon receipt. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Refunds exclude customs duties and taxes. Returns parcels must be labelled as a Return to not incur any additional charges on arrival back to the UK.
REFUND PROCESSING TIMES
The refund will be processed as soon as we receive your package and we will then email you to confirm it’s arrival.
Please allow 10-14 working days for your refund to be received.
RETURNING ONLINE ITEMS IN-STORE
All items can be returned within the standard return period to Beulah London, please email email@example.com.
Please note that your return will still be processed by the online team and may take up to 10-14 working
days to be processed as per the standard online refund policy.
In order to exchange an item, please return the original item using the return instructions provided in your order.
Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability.
We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customised products.
Refunds are only applicable if an item has been delivered faulty.
This will be determined at the discretion of Beulah London.
