Shipping and Delivery

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and we aim to dispatch all orders the same day, but during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sale there may be a slight delay.

If you are ordering for international delivery we can’t be responsible for delays caused by customs.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

UK DELIVERY 

We offer Free UK standard delivery on all orders. Note, we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. (*Mainland UK orders only)

We offer free same day in store delivery (address: Beulah London, 77 Elizabeth Street, London SW1W 9PJ). Please contact the store directly on 07749725320.
 
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY 

 

If you order products for delivery to one of the International Delivery Destinations, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. 

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. We do not cover the cost of international returns. Please note that you can claim international duty refunds if returning an item.

 Europe (3 days): £15 USA & Canada (3 days): £25

 Australia (3 days): £30

 Rest of World (3-5 days): £30

 

DELIVERY IN-STORE

If you would like your items delivered to store please select the 'Collect in Store' option at checkout. Available same day from Tuesday to Saturday.

CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are currently only able to ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as an order has been processed and dispatched, Beulah London will send you a shipping confirmation email which will contain both your waybill number and a link for you to track your shipment.
