You can redeem your points as soon as you’ve reached a 10,000 points

If you return an item, your points earned on that purchase will be adjusted to reflect the refund. If you used a voucher to make your
purchase and then return it, your voucher will not be automatically reinstated - simply email care@beulahlondon.com to request your points balance be updated.

As you earn points each year, you will unlock a new tier, with more benefits and perks. You can see the different tiers and how you are progressing in your customer account, accessed in the top right of your screen.
